Inserted tooth saw blades are designed for highly efficient cutting to
length of large diameter logs. Heavy gauge and extra tough, these saw blades
are well suited to the single saw Mobile Slasher and multiple- saw Deck
Slashers found in today's paper mills. They are also the ideal blade for use
on Merchandiser Machines used in modern lumber, plywood, particle board and
wafer board mill complexes. The replaceable teeth are easily changed and can
be resharpened, simplifying maintenance while maintaining original saw
diameter. Inserted toothsaws are Laser Cut and Precision Milled on "State of
the Art" CAD/CAM machinery.
This insures that the V grooved sockets make a Mechanically Perfect Fit
Between Plate and Tooth consistently insuring tight fitting teeth. The
replaceable machined alloy steel teeth are held securely by wear resistant
rivets. These saw plates are made of high quality alloy steel, heat treated
in modern equipment to insure maximum hardness and toughness. This results
in extended saw life and tension holding qualities. |

Cutoff teeth are made of
high quality alloy steel precisely heat treated to provide excellent shock
and wear resistance. All teeth are precision milled to insure a consistently
perfect fit in our saw plates. |

FUTURE-2000 (Carbide Tipped)
Future-2000 cut-off tooth features the most advanced cutting technology.
The innovative, double pointed, carbide tips cut freer and track better than
left and right hand teeth. Center Tracking significantly reduces crack
causing vibration and the teeth stay tighter in the saw. The double pointed
carbide tips actually shear wood fibers instead of tearing them. The
self-aligning tips can be brazed onto the teeth without removing the teeth
from the saw. The Future- 2000 eliminates the need for left and right hand
teeth.
