These large diameter inserted tooth saw blades, generally 7-8 split gauge,
are made of a special alloy steel. Because inserted teeth do not require the
plate to be set or swaged, it can be hardened to 45- 48 Rc, approximately 10
Rockwell points higher than a solid tooth rip saw blade of the same
diameter. This provides excellent tension holding properties which are
highly desirable in large diameter saw blades. |

Orders for stock items will receive preferred handling. When ordering
specify quantity, operating R P.M. Arbor holes can be altered at an
additional cost when specified. |

Ordering Non-Stock Items: Sizes and specifications other than those listed
in stock can be made to order but will require special pricing, handling and
extended delivery. When ordering nonstock blades include the following
information: Quantity, Diameter, Gauge, Center Hole, No. Teeth, Tooth Style,
Pin Holes or Keyways, R.P.M., Hand. |
